Gold Preventive Maintenance Program

Our Gold Plan, or Pre-Season Plan, is often utilized by schools and institutions with tight budgets. The Plan provides an economical way to keep your equipment running like new.
Our Gold Preventive Maintenance Program includes:

  • All services provided for SILVER PLUS:
  • Air filter inspection and replacement
  • Inspection of all items on the manufactures start-up check list
  • Recording reading and comparing to original start-up report
  • A 10% discount on additional service, such as unit replacement, coil & blower washes, labor and parts.

The length of the contract is for one year and the total price will vary depending on your building's unique needs. For any and all contracts certain conditions apply. Any changes will differ at our discretion. Please contact us for a consultation and custom quote!
