Silver Preventive Maintenance Program

Our Silver Plan is our most economical and a great option for most small to medium sized business. This plans assures you a professional will keep check on your heating/cooling system and perform the minimum maintenance your system requires to operate properly.    Our Silver Preventive Maintenance Program includes:

  • Front-of-the-line, priority treatment when you call
  • Work performed by reputable and experienced service technicians - when you need them
  • Checking: operating pressures, amperage draw and for refrigerant leaks
  • Cleaning and calibrating controls
  • Oiling and greasing motors
  • Cleaning condensate drain lines
  • Any necessary minor electrical or mechanical adjustments
  • A 5% discount on additional service, such as unit replacement, coil & blower washes, labor and parts.

The length of the contract is for one year and the total price will vary depending on your building's unique needs. For any and all contracts certain conditions apply. Any changes will differ at our discretion. Please contact us for a consultation and custom quote!
